To inculcate the reading habit, students are given one-period library every week, where they learn, read, pronounce and enjoy the books which help them to cope up with their subjects. The library of M.T. PKN Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Pasumalai - Madurai stocks approximately 4000 books including fiction and non-fiction encyclopedias, comics, psychology books and magazines covering a wide range of subjects accessible to students of all ages. Students edition “The Hindu” is subscribed by our management for the students to enhance the reading skills of the students.

We have a well equipped, well furnished, and well ventilated Physics, Chemistry, and Biology Laboratories.
“Knowledge is Power” Students acquire knowledge through their practical life. By scientific knowledge, man invented powerful machines. So our youth Scientists enrich their Scientific knowledge by using our elaborate laboratories.

We have 11 systems, among these four of the computers are all with the latest new configuration with internet facility in our School. We are giving free internet studies to our students and teachers.

New building was constructed in our campus and higher secondary classes are conducting in that building.

We are giving more importance to sports and games and this academic year our students have achieved a lot in athletics and so many sports activities.

Zonal level sports and Games tournaments were conducted by High school, Higher secondary and Matriculation school athletic associations.

It empowered the teacher with well researched, mapped to curriculum digital modules which she/he could project lively in the class room to educate and explain concepts.

RO Systems are available to provide purified water to all the students. Hence students are free from carrying water bottles.
